Customer Requirement:
- Designing and Setting up of a small sized Infrastructure for Manufacturing Ball Pen Product.
- Selection and Supply of precisely configured Primary Machines.
- Selection and Supply of Automation Solution for Primary Machine.
- Main Target: Achieving desired Conversion Cost for the Project, whereby desired Product cost for supply can be maintained and sustained.
- Tool to be acquired by customer on their own.
Acquired Tool Desing and Structure proved to be inefficient.
Following Manual process for product take out resulted in production cost exceeding all limits.
Solution was required but had extreme economical constrains with respect to capital cost.

Stressful Manual Effort for operator engaging in the Product Take Out Process.
Successful Automation Solution
Solution was implemented.
Capital cost (Automation) was refrained to about 20% in comparison to all options available in the market.
Cycle time was reduced to the extent of increased production by factor of 2 times
Labour retention was achieved as this resolved the hardship of manual process.
Overall conversion cost on plant level, exceeded all expectation of the customer

Increase in Production in comparison to Manual Process - 110% increase in production
